I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Colorado Certified Addiction Specialist. I have been in private practice since 1986 facilitating individual and couples counseling and specializing in alcohol/drug addiction, depression, anxiety, offenders, anger management and Bipolar Disorder. My treatment philosophy emphasizes Client Centered and problem solving Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapies.
In the counseling process I help you to identify issues, verbalize thoughts and emotions, and change behaviors. Counseling can make you aware that you are replicating challenging past experiences and help you grow emotionally, intellectually, and behaviorally.
