Having been in my own counseling at pivotal times throughout my life, I have a deep respect for the therapeutic process. Grounded in “positive psychology,” I approach clients in a manner that emphasizes strength, honors emotion, and cultivates empowerment. Techniques include talk-therapy, guided imagery, relaxation training, and role-play. In addition, I often suggest weekly activities and reading materials designed to expand upon the work being done in session.
