Hello! I am a New York-based clinical psychologist with over 20 year of experience. My specialties include working with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, depression, relationship issues, anger problems, work issues, and age-related issues. I primarily employ cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to help individuals manage problems and stressors by improving and teaching new skills and ways of viewing themselves and their environments.
My communicative style is supportive, sensitive, and direct: I have been described as 'down to earth' and experienced. I am an active listener and believe that all of us have the capacity to make our lives better and to feel better, happier, and less afraid.
