I use insight and mindfulness to harness the brain’s ability to change, grow and create new pathways. This powerful lens allows people to witness their minds' inner workings. By actively switching off ingrained behaviors and habitual responses, you can gain freedom and learn how to see, name, and tame the overwhelming feelings that once held you hostage.
Beyond offering individual, couples and group therapy that brings hope to an intense and sometimes challenging healing process, I encourage the use of exercise, nutrition and creative expression to help achieve balance and healing. I enjoy passing on what I have learned from my own teachers towards personal transformation and happiness.
