I work best with individuals seeking a safe, empathetic, nurturing and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I have experience in a variety of clinical modalities, that include individual, family, adult and elder care consultations, as well as numerous therapeutic groups. My clinical approach is integrative and eclectic. I am a board certified PTSD counselor as well as an EMDR, Mindfulness, Grief and Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease certified therapist.
My areas of expertise include working with clients dealing with depression/anxiety, prolonged grief, relational issues and trauma. I also specialize in Dementia related disorders, working with both caregivers, and the patients. I am passionate about instilling quality of life and securing wellness, growth and development to all my clients.
