I operate primarily from from a relational therapeutic approach. This means that we will center our time around exploring how your family of origin, attachment figures, and other impactful relationships, from the past and the present, impact your healing and growth.
I believe that each of us is the expert on our own story, and therapy provides a space to share that story with another. Together, we will navigate chapters that have been read time and time again, commune with old and new characters from your story, and uncover pages that have been ripped out, as well as those that have yet to be written.
