House Calls is a comprehensive service for family or loved one faced with chronic or situational life circumstances. House Calls has a team of specialists some licensed and some certified in disciplines such as counseling, medical case management, on line recreation therapy addressing isolation, addiction monitoring, vocational and/or educational coaching; help find subsidies, advocacy to transition special needs individuals or seniors; referrals and resources for people with chronic mental illness; phobias; school anxiety; navigating the mental health/medical maze and we help lawyers entrusted with guardianship for an individual?
House Calls uses alternative approaches based on years of training in Active Listening and techniques to engage an individual without them feeling threatened. Coming to the home keeps them comfortable and more willing to meet with a team specialist who are adequately trained in their area of expertise.
All of the services needed for our clients are under one overall House Calls umbrella where we take an interdisciplinary approach.
