Are you an animal lover? If a four-legged co-therapist sounds good, then you will love our center. The office is located on a beautiful ranch where animals abound. You can choose to talk in the office with a dog at your feet, a cat in your lap, or just enjoy the view of the horse pasture from the window. If walking and talking is easier, we can stroll the grounds, sit by the duck pond, or pet goats in the petting zoo. Or try Equine Assisted Counseling, an effective, experiential approach to therapy. You will interact with horses who act as a mirror, allowing you to gain valuable insights and solutions. The choice is yours.
I'm a directive and goal oriented therapist. My philosophy is to help clients discover the limiting beliefs that are keeping them from living their ideal life. We will look at the past to determine the early messages that are not working for you and determine how to make the shifts in your life that create lasting change. There will be homework!
At HorseSpeak, we specialize in being non-traditional. We also offer intensive retreats and workshops based on adventure therapy and empowerment. We celebrate diversity and believe people can transform trauma to triumph. Post traumatic growth is not only possible, it is necessary.

This 8 week therapy group will help you understand your stressors, discover how to manage them effectively, and develop skills to ease your anxious responses.
