Play, expressive and animal assisted therapies utilize various forms of creative expression: art, music, movement, story-telling, role play, puppetry, sand, and animal energy, to help clients explore, feel, express and transform difficult emotions both for youth and their families. Together we will work to creatively resolve issues and teach coping strategies to alleviate unsettling feelings. I have worked with youth and families for over 35 years in various settings and capacities - teacher, counselor, coach, mentor and mom.
