Equine therapy sessions take place in a peaceful farm setting with creativity & ease.
I also offer faith-based counseling upon request and integrate creative modalities such as mindfulness and expressive techniques, especially for younger clients. Whether in the office or alongside our horses, therapy is always collaborative, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you discover your inner strength.
