I worked in community mental health for many years and was the coordinator of a family counseling program prior to transitioning to private practice. I have experience working with older teens (18yo-19yo) as well as adults in helping them through life transitions. I enjoy working with clients who are open to using mindfulness and yoga as therapeutic interventions. I was trained in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga which is an evidenced based treatment for Developmental Trauma and Complex PTSD.
