As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of over 10 years I have extensive experience working with families in crisis, especially care givers facing "sandwich generation" challenges. I integrate a new approach, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is capable of releasing traumatic memories, phobias, anxiety and depression and related issues. I also integrate Non-violent Communication techniques (Marshall Rosenberg). It has been highly successful in improving relationships.
