Our clients are often carrying more than they can keep managing alone: memories that feel hard to shake, anxiety that takes over too much of the day, grief, self-doubt, or relationship difficulties they don't want to keep repeating. We are a small team. We take time to understand each client, so therapy feels attentive, steady, and genuinely invested.
If you have realized that insight alone has not been enough, we can help you understand what is happening, calm what feels overwhelming, practice new ways of responding, and work toward deeper healing. You can reach grounded peace and joy in your life. Reach out to see how we can help.

You look successful on the outside but underneath, you feel depleted, discouraged, and disconnected from yourself. You keep pushing, producing, and holding things together but the pressure never lets up and the cost is getting higher. What once felt manageable now feels exhausting. I help clients sort through what is coming from the outside and what internal patterns may be adding to the pressure. Together, we look at the environments you are navigating, the beliefs and adaptations that keep you pushing past your limits, and the deeper experiences that may shape how hard you are on yourself.

Those who tend to enjoy my approach are individual adults (18+) who are committed to self exploration, challenging past patterns, and personal growth. My practice focuses on people with symptoms of depression and/or anxiety that may stem from: lack of identity development (who am I?); adjusting to life changes–such as, going to college, career challenges, coming out, partnering/divorce, death of a loved one, mid-life crisis, retirement, empty nest; relationship conflicts–work or personal; past trauma; poor attachment to childhood caregivers; or experiences as part of a marginalized group (i.e. BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women, immigrants).
