As an experienced therapist, I understand how difficult it can be to find resources to help those who are suffering from issues such as anxiety, depression, past trauma, abuse, forming and maintaining healthy relationships, etc. These issues can be difficult and I work on creating a collaborative relationship with my clients to help them have the tools they need to overcome some of these different roadblocks that are experienced in life.
I work with my client to help them navigate the obstacles that are impeding on the life they want to live. One of the tools that I have found very successful for my clients is through EMDR. This is a research based therapeutic tool to help clients overcome the issues going on and create the life they are wanting to live.
