Horizon's Play Therapy Center- We have welcoming and culturally sensitive playroom to address all childhood challenges from anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, aggression, ODD, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Play is a natural process that regulates emotions, reduces anxiety, promotes creative thinking and problem solving, and elevates self-esteem.
Horizon's Tweens and Teen's Center-This area of our practice is dedicated to the special and sensitive needs of the developmental ages of independence, body image/identity development, parental resistance/opposition, school anxiety, academic/peer/social media pressures. We develop and foster healthy emotional expression while also assisting families embrace this delicate time.
