I want to help you just where you are. When you walk in my door, our journey begins. I am absolutely passionate about people! I want you to be successful in your personal life as well as your professional/ business life. We will begin with your current symptoms, dysfunctions, or just plain unhappiness. 98% of the time we are the walking wounded trying to function as if we are "fine" and nothing is "bothering me". This state of constant repression of our emotions will cause anxiety, depression, physical illness, phobias, and eventually an event will happen that leads to emotional crisis....the proverbial last straw.

I work with a wide variety of people on an array of issues. For those who have never talked to a therapist or counselor before, I strive to help them feel comfortable and unconditionally accepted in this important encounter. Many have already had some therapy in the past, and I enjoy enhancing their experience through new and dynamic interventions, building on the individual's own strength and knowledge. Together we will identify changes that you want to make and discuss the best interventions to enhance these changes. I am an experienced therapist who can help facilitate insight, awareness, and skill building.

When seeking therapy I believe it is important to find a therapist you trust, have good rapport with, is knowledgeable of your issues, and has experience treating your current issues. Having been in private practice since 2010 I have worked with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds. The one thing I have found that people desire to achieve from therapy is hope and solutions to their current problems. Whether it is anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, addiction, or any other issue it’s important to understand that is a season of life, it will change, and there is hope.
