I have extensive experience in numerous therapeutic techniques and am oriented as a family-systems therapist. I am also a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). I help my clients to: proactively manage themselves; identify and implement new behaviors that dissolve negative patterns; and provide guidance and support as the new, positive patterns are cemented. I work most effectively with: Individuals; Couples; and Families. I help my clients set realistic treatment goals so they can quickly see the results they desire.

I have been working in the field of counseling for 25+ years. I have had the pleasure of working with individuals from many walks of life with various issues. I have worked with very diverse populations including federal pre-trial, post-conviction and probation clients, all areas of substance abuse issues, drug testing, anger management, EAP services, rapid response emergency services, grief/loss, domestic violence, family services, marital, youth, and spiritual counseling. I have extensive experience working in the area of high conflict co-parenting-divorce issues .
