Have you tried to lose weight before and it did not work? There is a reason why. Learn the science of breaking habits and transformation and use it for your advantage. In this innovative class, the tools for making a lifelong change in your weight will be taught and then given as weekly homework. The goal of this group is to address the destructive behaviors that get in the way of weight loss. Using behavioral principles and science, clients are able to break the cycle of yo-yo dieting and create the body and life they really want.

Mindfulness is the practice of cultivating awareness and acceptance, free of judgement. This class incorporates light yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
