Our clients range from young children to older adults, struggling with behavioral, emotional, or social challenges like anxiety, emotional outbursts, or difficulty with relationships. They need a supportive space to understand their feelings and learn coping skills. We provide therapy tailored to their age and needs, whether through play therapy for younger children or talk-based approaches for teens. Our goal is to help them manage emotions, build confidence, and improve social skills, fostering resilience and healthy relationships for their future.
We have five clinicians on staff to meet the diverse needs of children including a Registered Play Therapist, an Expressive Arts Therapist, and a Trauma Therapist. Each specializes in helping children thrive, and we also have extensive experience working with adults struggling with anxiety.
We understand that reaching out for help can be a tough step. If you or your child are seeking support, we invite you to connect with us. We're here to support and help you explore the treatment options that best suit your needs.
