I work w/complex trauma, and use a combination of Somatic, Nervous System Regulation, Polyvagal, Collaborative, Person Centered & Family Systems. I specialize in spirituality, existential concerns, suicide loss, LGBTQ+ issues, widowhood, spiritual abuse, & religious trauma. I really enjoy working w/creatives & the unique ways they see the world.
