I'm trauma informed. My primary model of therapy is Person Centered. I also use a combination of Somatic, Nervous System Regulation, Polyvagal, & Family Systems. I specialize in spirituality and existential concerns, suicide loss, LGBTQ+ issues, widowhood, spiritual abuse, & religious trauma.
