I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I'm also a certified yoga instructor and a practitioner of mindful breath work. I focus on the mind-body connection, explore personal narratives, & hold space for healing. I utilized core social work principles including person in environment theory and a holistic bio-psycho-social-spiritual assessment.
