As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe healing begins with connection. My path into this work has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the ways our minds and bodies hold stories. Before becoming a marriage and family, I have spent many years practicing as an osteopathic manual therapist, yoga therapist, and a fitness coach helping people reconnect with their bodies and discover resilience from within. Those experiences continue to guide me today as I support clients in integrating mind and body in their journey of growth.
In therapy, I take a client-centered approach, where your needs, values, and goals set the guide for therapy. I draw from Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, SFBT, ACT, and psychosomatic theories, blending these modalities in a way that fits each individual. My role is not just to offer tools, but to walk alongside you.
I work with adults and families across diverse backgrounds, and I am fluent in Farsi and Spanish. Creating a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen and heard is at the heart of my practice.
