I offer relational psychotherapy to individuals and couples of the LGBTQA community. Life is a multi-directional obstacle course, and I bring my experience of life as a Nonbinary, Transmasculine, Queer, Poly, Sex Positive person who has experienced death, aging parents, the corporate world, blended families, and ceremonial work.
Our sessions are filled with unconditional positive regard, directive support, Buddhist Philosophy and intuitional influences that will assist you in finding your own path towards your truest and most authentic life.
Our sessions are influenced by my integration of nature, philosophy, and spirituality. I am comfortable talking about sexual orientations (kink, polyamory, asexuality) neurodiversity, ADS, ADD, and other difficult topics. I have over 25 years of experience in the corporate / tech. world to help maintain your health and happiness.
My theraputic style is warm and engaging, providing a safe space to nurture your personal awareness, self-empathy, and confidence. During our time together, I will incorporate guided meditations, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, psychodynamic approaches, somatic awareness, grief and mourning support, and Non-Violent Communication (NVC).
