Hope Therapy Center works with children, teens, adults, couples, & families struggling with depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, relationship issues, communication difficulties, parenting issues, stress, identity issues, and behavior problems. Our approach is warm, emphatic, and supportive. We create a safe space for exploration and healing. We will draw from a variety of techniques, incorporating what is helpful to your journey. Primarily, we take a strengths-based approach while integrating techniques from attachment theory and psychodynamic psychotherapy with a trauma-focused lens.
