About

My name is Aimee Medina and I am the Executive Director and Founder of Hope Seed Support Center. I believe that restoration is key to our lives becoming whole. We understand how mental health issues, crisis, trauma, and grief can effect our lives. We help clients to create coping mechanisms for life-long success, heal from past wounds, cope from emotional or physical crisis and/or trauma and find strength from within. Our unique approach and perspective helps individuals and families face the challenges that lie ahead. Our goal is to help you live healthier, happier, and whole.
Hope Seed provides compassionate & caring counseling for depression, anxiety, abuse, grief, crisis, trauma, addiction, and suicide, behavioral therapy, family support, PTSD, rape, abuse, parenting, healthcare & military support. We use Christian Based Solutions, Practical Applications with Preventative, Interventional, & Rehabilitative Therapies.

Soc Talk

Social Anxiety Group for Teens ages 10-15 years. Interactive group that incorporates art, Boba, yoga, and other fun activities. Soc Talk allows teens to get group feedback, build connection, and have honest conversations that are helpful in alleviating social anxiety.
