I combine Person-Centered strategies, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship, with Integrative approaches, utilizing a multitude of therapy modalities (CBT, IFS, Somatic, Attachment, etc) to individually tailor client treatment. I aim to create a space for collaboration towards client goals, built on trust, shared humor & curiosity.
