Hi, I’m Londa. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration. I meet each client where they are, honoring your unique story, strengths, and challenges while helping you navigate life’s stressors with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps process painful memories and reduce the emotional impact of trauma. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, promoting healthier coping and emotional balance.
