Our goal is to help you examine and challenge barriers that have gotten in your way of achieving mental wellbeing. Our team at Hope Pathway Therapy serves children (8YO+) through the full lifespan. We have an approach to families that honors supporting everyone through couples work, parenting skills and generational family sessions. We have experience in serving those who may be experiencing the following: anger management, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, hyperactivity and impulse control, ineffective communication, life transitions, perfectionism, relationship concerns, self-esteem, social skills and trauma.
