About
My goal is to help individuals and families reach their potential by working together and setting achievable goals. I specialize in serving preteens, adolescents and adults in individual, family, or group sessions. I have experience in serving those who may be experiencing the following: anger management, anxiety, behavior concerns, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, hyperactivity and impulse control, ineffective communication, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, social skills and trauma.
I meet you where you are to set goals so that success is felt and growth happens. The goals are client-driven to help you achieve a lifestyle of wellness in all areas of your life. Building a trustworthy, healthy therapeutic relationship is at the forefront of our work together. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to uniquely serve each client.
Reaching out can feel tough, you are already showing strength in searching - let's build on your strength together. I, Anishia Holman, look forward to serving you, your children, and/or family in a judgment-free safe space. "Igniting HOPE on your PATHWAY to becoming the best you."
