I’m a licensed MFT with EMDR training and experience in high-acuity care. I help individuals and couples process trauma, manage anxiety, and improve communication. I take a strengths-based approach, focusing on your abilities, resilience, and potential rather than just what’s “wrong.” I emphasize self-compassion because we often bully ourselves too much, and I want therapy to be a space where you can be gentle with yourself while still making meaningful change. I like to highlight growth, celebrate wins, and even bring a little laughter into our sessions.
