I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, difficulty connecting with their emotions, relationship issues, life transitions, perinatal conditions, grief, and spiritual issues. I also collaborate with people navigating trauma, abuse (including emotional, physical, sexual, and spiritual), body image concerns, and eating disorders.
I draw from several evidence-based methods including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory. I also hold a certificate in Somatic Anxiety Therapy from the Embody Lab, and am passionate about equipping clients with trauma-informed resources for emotional safety.
