Wherever you are in life, I meet you with guidance to empower you to reject a false self so that your true self is accepted. Accepting yourself may mean accepting your feelings, identity, perspective, values, and authentic inner nature! I believe you have the power within to manifest changes in your unique reality. I primarily work with LGBTQ+ people, trauma survivors, children, youth, and young adults.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, existential, growth-oriented, empowering, and humanistic. I value cultural humility, curiosity, empathy, integrity, honesty, non-judgement, playfulness, respect, and thoughtfulness. I support people with various identities across spectrums of gender, race, religion, non-religion, spirituality, and sexuality.
