About
Over my 10+ years of practice, I have greatly enjoyed working with clients in overcoming their concerns and in reaching their greatest potential. The specific decision to seek therapy varies from client to client; though most clients express a common desire for life to feel better, to decrease stress, to be more fulfilled, and to feel less emotional pain. My approach with clients is highly collaborative, open, and interactive with a focus on viewing clients in a holistic manner.
My practice specializes in the treatment of stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depressed mood, eating disorders, disability & illness, and sexuality.
So that I can best meet your needs, feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about my practice.
