Hi, I’m Hope! My clients often describe me as warm, approachable, nonjudgmental, educational, and genuine in my approach. I aim to be a compassionate witness alongside you, creating a space where you feel safe, supported, heard, and challenged as needed. As a Christian, there is no greater honor than being able to walk alongside you in support for whatever season life has found you in. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and women working through things like anxiety, depression, improving self esteem, and more. I currently am available via telehealth online for sessions with future in person sessions opening soon.
I practice from a DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) informed perspective and use ITR (instinctual trauma response). I often integrate CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) and Polyvagal Theory (the science of safety and autonomic functioning) given the uniqueness of every one I meet with. We can adapt these to fit YOUR needs. Therapy not one size fits all.
