I offer an integrative holistic approach tailored to your needs in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I primarily use CBT, person-centered, some DBT and Gestalt interventions. I have extensive training working with clients who have experienced trauma. I am Board Certified and a Prepare Enrich Marriage and Premarital Facilitator.
I am a believer in Christ and a trained Pastoral Counselor, should you request to integrate faith into therapy. I would be happy to do so. I commit not to impose my personal beliefs on your treatment. I look forward to assisting you to be a better you and live in hope.
