The Interpersonal Flexibility Circle helps understand what is happening in ALL relationships (from birth!) and how to create better outcomes with anyone!
I will meet at my office, on skype, or at your office or home. I love to help leaders grow; teams function well; couples develop their relationships; anyone develop new dreams, deal with loss and grief, or learn to celebrate successes. I am thrilled when my clients grow in their understanding, love and care for themselves so it spreads to those around them.

Groups
Women thriving as leaders
Since 1991 I've coached women leaders in all kinds of organizations, from small family businesses to Fortune 50 corporations. I also coached the director of the documentary "Pioneers in Skirts". This group will be a safe space to freely explore our leadership dreams, goals and experiences with each other. We will use various tests and models that are powerfully effective to enhance our work.
