Seeking counseling is a meaningful step, and finding the right therapist matters. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who believes therapy should feel supportive, grounded, and genuinely helpful—not overwhelming or clinical. I earned both my B.S. and M.S. in Clinical/Applied Psychology from Texas A&M University–Commerce (now known as East Texas A&M University) and am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I work primarily with young adults (18–25) and adults (25+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized. I use CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and talk therapy to address thought patterns, emotional regulation, and coping skills. I also help with people-pleasing, communication, and boundary-setting. Christian values may be included upon request.

My goal is to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting change by building practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening relationships.
