About
Presently Accepting Clients For Black Male Mental Health Treatment Groups (age 21-55). Our eight week group has been designed for Black men seeking trauma-informed, anti-oppressive clinical support and therapy within a group-based format. We will target the reduction of symptoms associated with mood disorders (anxiety, depression, etc.) and stress and trauma-related disorders (acute stress disorder, PTSD,etc.). Group members will receive psychoeducation on diagnoses, as well as interventions for improved interpersonal effectiveness, self-regulation, mindfulness and wellness strategies.
Each day, I work with individuals and families who face challenges related to their health/mental health, relationships, finances, identity, and social issues. Via the development of trust, compassion and a nonjudgmental practice approach, I partner with clients to discover the root cause and solutions to their problems. Simple techniques. Amazing results.
Allow yourself to accept two things as you consider your next decision: 1. You aren’t the first to experience what you’ve been dealing with; and 2. You have the right to a life worth living. I invite you to reach out to us to explore how we can help.
