We are a private practice that offer mental health services to individuals of all ages and struggles. Each of our clinicians are client-focused and will walk beside you in this journey, offering non-judgmental support and encouragement. We provide services to children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, families, and individuals and groups. We are preparing to offer classes for anger management, parenting, and grief on an as-needed basis.
Our clinicians have training and/or certification in many specialized areas including Registered Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Trauma. Our office also has an Art Intervention room for hands-on activities for kids and adults.
We are here to help you navigate life stressors and struggles and will advocate for you, shining a light when times feel dark. We walk alongside you through all the ups and downs to help you meet goals and make positive changes for a happier life.
