Once trauma is processed, clients are no longer controlled by previous negative, harmful patterns and symptoms such as depression and anxiety. They are able to make positive new choices.
We work to equip our clients with effective coping skills from the first session. Our initial goal is to empower our clients over their symptoms. Once their symptoms are no longer negatively impacting their daily lives, we facilitate processing of traumatic memories at the root of their struggles and symptoms.
