My name is Hope and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I went on to pursue my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Before I became a telehealth therapist I did my internship and registered internship at an outpatient drug rehabilitation center and worked there for a total of 4 years. After I got licensed I went on to pursue my own private practice that mainly focused on anxiety and stress management.
I take an empathetic approach to healing that focuses on being in the present moment. I am committed to providing you with a safe and secure environment where you can feel supported, understood, and heard. I am dedicated to listening to you and helping you process your emotions without judgement while providing practical suggestions to everyday life problems
