My approach is informed by a blend of the framework of Internal Family Systems and behavioral approaches. Starting with a foundation of warmth and trust, I provide a space for my clients to connect with and care for each part of themselves. Along the way, we may build new and practical skills to enhance clients' quality of life and relationships.
