Life brings challenges that are often unexpected, uncertain, and, at times, feel profoundly unfair. Many of us struggle with forces that disrupt our peace: grief and loss that leave an aching emptiness, addiction that binds us, mental illness that cripples our minds, relationship difficulties that create rifts, severe trauma that tears at our spirits, and life changes that leave us feeling adrift. Reaching out for help is a brave first step toward healing and finding light amidst the darkness. No matter the challenge, there is hope and healing amidst the darkness. The monsters of our lives are real, but we can defeat them, together!
Hope Connections has several specialties that we offer including utilizing Play Therapy to work with children. We utilize DBT and CBT to help with a variety of diagnosis and presenting problems from depression and anxiety to substance abuse and Borderline Personality Disorder. We utilize EMDR for traumas. We work with individuals, couples, and families.
We understand that life has challenges that are often times difficult to manage alone. Every individual is worthy of compassion and opportunity to be able to thrive and overcome whatever they've been dealt.
