Hello, Thank you for reaching out for help. Sometimes we all need someone to just listen. I get that. Now more than ever, people are experiencing loneliness and uncertainty. Maybe these are new feelings due to the global pandemic, maybe you are struggling with relationships, maybe you feel at a loss of what to do to make things better. Regardless of your circumstances, I believe that health, growth, and change are possibilities. I look forward to meeting you and hope that I can help you on your journey. To help, I can offer a listening ear, a gentle response, and wisdom gained from personal life challenges as well as over 25 years working with people of all ages in a variety of settings including public, private, and virtual schools (Pre-K through 12th grades) serving families and faculties, as well as other volunteer service opportunities.
