At Hope Collaborative, we understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and we strive to make the process as easy and welcoming as possible. Our team consists of independent providers offering a wide range of mental health specialties including; trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, developmental disabilities, couples therapy, sex therapy, grief counseling, LGBTQ+ issues, self-medicating, addiction support, and more. We serve individuals ages 12 and up. Whatever you’re facing, we're here to help you navigate the journey toward healing, growth, and well-being.
If you are looking for a specific skill we have providers trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, EMDR, AFTTA, Brainspotting, CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution Focused, Sandtray, IFS and more. We have providers who offer evening and weekend hours in addition to traditional business hours. All hours are by appointment.
We know it can be daunting to reach out to someone not knowing the process to get started, we make it easy for you! Our process is once we receive a call or email, we will confirm insurance and hours desired and match you with a provider who takes your insurance. If you have a provider preference, just let us know.
