Teen Art Group - ages 13-17
"Teen Art Group" is offered to teens ages 13-17, whom suffer from depression and/or anxiety. The focus of the group is on the creative process and not the product while providing tools for increasing self-awareness and inner resources, overcoming obstacles, building a stronger sense of self and resiliency, developing healthier patterns of thinking about themselves and their relationships, and exploring hopes and goals for their future endeavors. Previous arts experience is not required.
