Life has many challenges that it throws at us. We believe that no one should have to go through it alone. Whether you're dealing with trauma, struggling with mental health challenges, or looking to grow on a personal level, we are here to help.
Hope and Restoration Counseling is a team of passionate, dedicated therapists committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing can begin. Founded by two married therapists, our mission is to help individuals, couples, and families overcome life’s challenges and become the best versions of themselves.
We take an eclectic and holistic approach, with a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of each client. We use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, CBT-I (Insomnia), TF-CBT, and mindfulness. Our aim is not just symptom relief, but also to help our clients understand themselves better, heal from past trauma, and thrive in their lives
We know it can be difficult to find and start therapy services. We are here to help you through the process and make it as easy as possible.
Note: Our Atlanta office is currently virtual only but in summer 2025 Sarah Roberts, LCSW and Brian Roberts, LPC will offer in person sessions in ATL
