Counseling provides individuals with hope and encourages growth. My desire is to walk beside individuals to offer insight and healing. I approach counseling with genuine connection. I work with many individuals with Trauma, Life Situations, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Sexual Abuse, and Relationship Difficulties.
I am especially trained in Trauma. I use EMDR to walk individuals through the processing of their trauma, in a less threatening approach. Guiding individuals through their past in a safe environment is my highest goal.
