My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered. I believe that everyone has unique strengths and abilities that can be used to unlock their most sought after answers. I use techniques from various therapeutic interventions (DBT, EFT, and CBT) but I tailor these to the unique strengths of each of my clients. I want you to feel confident in you.
