I have extensive training in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety and Phobias, Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Grief. I specialize in evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
